How long can I lease an office for?
Leases are periodic, from 6 to 12 months, and longer by negotiation. Choose the term you’d like when you request an office and we’ll confirm it with you.
How much does an office cost?
Offices start from $220 a week including GST, depending on the room. Consumables are $30 a week, and printing is charged at cost: 10c a page for black and white and 20c for colour.
Can I see the office before I commit?
Yes. Requesting an office doesn’t commit you to anything. We’ll call to arrange an inspection and talk you through the lease before anything is signed.
What’s included with an office?
Your own lockable office, high-speed internet, the shared kitchen and bathrooms, boardroom access and 24-hour access with your own alarm code. Signage space is available too.
Is there parking?
Street parking is available, and there are bus stops on Main North Road about 100 metres from the building.
How does booking the podcast room work?
Pick a date, Monday to Saturday, and a 2-hour, half-day or full-day session: $120 for 2 hours, $175 a half day or $260 a full day, including GST. Send the request and we’ll hold the session while we confirm by phone or email; the booking isn’t final until we do. You don’t need a lease to hire it.
